Always
Two faces fold into one gaze in Always — a study in closeness. Sharp black contours hold soft washes of teal, coral, and blush, while scraps of vintage text peek through the paint like half-remembered conversations. The oversized eyes, a signature of this figurative series, hold the viewer rather than the other way around.
